One of the top-selling brands for 2009 in women’s gladiator sandals is Steve Madden. Within the Steve Madden gladiator sandal category, there are various “sub” collections, including the “Steve Madden”, “Madden Girl” and “Steven by Steve Madden”. All of these collections have a variety of women’s gladiator shoes to choose from – none of them are lacking in style.

Basic Information on the Warrier Sandal – First off, it’s aptly named. It does have the look of a true Roman gladiator sandal! The basic design is a flat thong sandal, with a strappy upper and antique-looking coins embellishing the vamp part of the shoe. It’s “icing on the cake” is the buckle that is beautifully placed just above the coins on the vamp.
Colors/Shades Available – The most striking color available in the Madden “Warrier” is the bronze – the shade works beautifully with the coins and is truly a style that will set off any casual ensemble. Other colors available for this sandal are black and red.
